When it comes to the Miami food scene it’s no secret that 50 Eggs restaurant group helped pave the way with their twist on classic concepts like Yardbird, Spring Chicken and Swine. Epic Staffing Agency provided the full array of service, support staff, bartenders and captains for their first ever catered event in the 50 eggs new catering division. The event was a huge success while Epic Staff facilitated a 300+ dinner party on Miami’s rich and famous Pine Tree Road. Epic bartenders helped craft the signature cocktail of the evening, and a special team specifically assigned to ensuring the host and their families were under Epic supervision.
